"Great car, excellent range, easy to drive. Some functions take a bit of getting used to, as there are no buttons (especially for heaters/wipers/radio/lights, all best left set on Auto) THe Wifi connection is really weak on the car, a common problem. Annoying for live updates. It would be good if the towbar facility could take the weight of a bike rack for 4 bikes. it is limited to 35kg, so useless really, so not bothers with one."

"I have never owned an automatic car before but the ease of driving an automatic well… cruise control brilliant. Lumbar support is a god send when you have a bad back. It’s so comfortable when driving long journeys. Parking sensors take a while to get used to still trying to get the distance sorted. Considering the VW T Cross is bigger than my previous car I can’t fault it. "

"Very annoying creek from centre console that the dealership acknowledges but so far has had two attempts to fix. Now they say they can’t have it back until end July / early August despite their failure to fix twice - dealership is Barrett’s Canterbury."

"I love the car which is why I picked the same model again. My only bugbear is that they have got rid of the sun roof and the cd player, both of which I found really useful. I wasn’t aware they had been removed before I ordered the car."
